Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari, Special Adviser to the President on Political and Other Matters, represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, at the 76th Mauqibul Qadiriyyah held in Kano.
The annual religious gathering, held under the leadership of Sheikh Qaribullah Nasuru Kabara, brought together prominent political leaders, Islamic scholars, traditional rulers and other distinguished personalities for prayers, spiritual reflection and fellowship.

Representing the President at the occasion, Ibrahim Masari conveyed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s goodwill and best wishes to Sheikh Qaribullah Nasuru Kabara, the leadership and members of the Qadiriyyah order, the organisers and the people of Kano State.
The Special Adviser was received by His Excellency Abba Kabir Yusuf, Executive Governor of Kano State, who was present as the host Governor of the state where the religious gathering took place.
The Federal Government delegation accompanying the Special Adviser comprised Senator Abdulaziz Yari, Director-General of the Presidential Campaign Council; Dr. Muttaka Rabe Darma, Honourable Minister of Housing and Urban Development; Senator Shehu Buba; Sani Aliyu Danlami; and Dr. Garba Shehu Matazu, among other officials.
The presence of the Federal Government delegation, together with the host Governor and the leadership of the Qadiriyyah order, underscored the significance of the gathering and the importance of continued engagement between government, religious institutions and communities in promoting peaceful coexistence, unity and national cohesion.
The 76th Mauqibul Qadiriyyah featured prayers and other religious activities attended by members of the Qadiriyyah community and invited guests from Kano State and beyond.
